The Foster City SPOOKtacular Halloween Festival is back!

Attention all you groovy ghoulies, save the date for October 29th because the Foster City SPOOKtacular Halloween Festival is back. From 11am to 2pm, the little ones (preschoolers through fifth grade) will love all the Halloween fun at the Leo Ryan Park Hilltop and Meadow. The only catch is that all attendees must pre-register. There will be Trick or Treat stations, carnival games, arts & crafts, costume contests (awards going to Costume Contest categories: Best Individual, Best Group, and Most Creative), magic shows, and Spooky Boo Trail. Proceeds from the event benefit the Foster City Youth and Teen Foundation. Its purpose is to provide resources and funding for amenities and supplies for the City’s youth and teen programs.
