“The Triton has many positives with very few, to none, negatives. Some pluses for me are the amenities–gym, pool/jacuzzi, clubhouse, roof terrace, etc. The process of getting your mail and Amazon packages is a plus since it is all so organized (they use parcel pending) and also very safe. The apartment itself is a perfect size. I have a corner room, so it’s not a standard layout and has more of a creative room flow. The apartment was extremely clean after moving in, and all appliances (stove, fridge, washer/dryer, microwave, and dishwasher are all whirlpool) were functioning and looked brand new. Noise levels from neighbors are very low, and I cannot hear the outside freeway or planes at all. I also really like how the parking structure is multi-leveled–I live on the third floor, and my parking is on the third floor. Overall, would recommend The Triton to a family or friend.”

“We’ve lived at the Triton for nearly two years. It has been a wonderful experience marked particularly by the team in the leasing office. Jessica, Scott, Francis, and the whole team feel more like downstairs neighbors than salespeople. They’ve supported us in a really meaningful way while our family has undergone some pretty drastic changes, including the adoption of our son. Still, they maintain a sterling standard of professionalism. Every request, big or small, is handled quickly, and no communication ever falls through the cracks. Corporate leasing is often a frustrating labyrinth to navigate, but this team has made it easy and worthwhile.”

“An apartment complex in the Bay Area with amenities, staff, and an aesthetic that actually matches the price tag?! I can’t recommend the Triton enough. I’ve lived in Sunnyvale, Menlo Park, and Foster City, and so far, this is the best living situation I’ve found myself in. The move-in process was smooth and easy, and I didn’t feel like I had to prod for honest answers. Bradley helped me through the process and even called me after hours via his cell to let me know my application had been accepted. The apartments themselves have beautiful finishes, high-quality appliances, gorgeous wood floors, well-thought-out closet space, spacious bathrooms, and tons of kitchen counter space… I could go on forever about how pretty this place is. I was slightly worried about the noise from the San Mateo bridge, but they have soundproofed this place very well; I don’t hear anything with the windows closed. I live on the fifth floor in a 2-bedroom loft, which means that my unit has 18-foot ceilings… no kidding. Both bedrooms and the loft have floor-to-ceiling windows, meaning the place is beautifully lit at all times. You won’t be disappointed by the sunsets you’ll see every day. Having lived in 2 countries and 5 major cities (aka a LOT of apartments) I can confidently say that the staff here go way above and beyond. It makes a world of difference.”
